Not worth the wait. New owners and just not the same standard. A busy night where we waited 1hour for cold burgers with terrible buns. Staff packing the boxes on the counter with gloves that needed replacement as fingers were out of these. Food not cooked together which we saw old chips pulled out of other containers in the warming draw. Our food sat on the counter a long time while the rest of the order was completed. Sorry team Paulys but you need to up your game. Potato and gravy tasted like curry potato & Chips in the loaded fries box were soggy, we took our burgers back and money was refunded as not prepared to wait. Good on you for acknowledging that.

the short version of the review, I hate macdonalds and I'd go there before I come here again, if I could give 0 stars I would. for those who want more detail read ahead.

So we were told 30 minute wait on order. 45 minutes waiting ensued.

They then hadn't made the shakes we ordered. 15 more minutes for 2 shakes. Then they asked if I wanted them to keep the food warm, I thought that should be a given since it was ordered as takeaway

Then got the food to the truck and my partners order was wrong.

the order corrected by unfortunately they put saucy food in a folded bowl so it leaked all over my partners shirt and pants.

Then the chicken was full of fat, the sauce was bland, and her chicken was luke warm. My burger was right but while I could see the chilli relish I couldn't taste a skerrick of chilli The burger itself was average at best.

The milk shake my partner got was banana, not lime. At least my chocolate shake was right and i will admit it was pretty tasty but that's the positive of the meal right there.

1 out of 4 things were done correctly.

We had a lovely lunch at Pauly's, the beef and jackfruit burger were both incredible!

You can tell the ingredients used are premium, everything from the buns to the sauce were all irresistible.

Highly recommend popping in for a good meal.

Always loved the burgers and honey butter fried chicken always my Friday night dinner 💯 new owners and different staff but the food quality is still absolutely on! Definitely be a life long customer at this point 🤣❤️ and the milkshakes be thick asf 🤤😍

Extremely disappointed with our takeaway meal, had I known it had changed ownership I wouldn’t have bothered. Honey butter chicken was just plain chicken, burger terrible and fires equally as poor. Waste of money, could have gone to kfc for quarter of the price if I wanted boring chicken with no taste
