Friendly reception who upgraded us on arrival.
Very roomy, modern and tidy rooms. Either a 1 minute drive to the main streets of Taupo for something to eat or great views, or a 5 minute walk.
Only thing to complain about would be the bath/shower combination. If you’re having a shower, you sometimes have the shower curtain clinging to you if you get close to it.

I am blown away by the friendliness of the staff going over and above to make sure our stay was amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean and perfect for our family, with a short walking distance to main street and Lake, I couldn't recommend enough!

A lovely little motel - close to town but just far enough away to be quiet, so clean and tidy, good value and Jason and Miyuki are such lovely hosts. Very comfy spacious king size bed. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again. Thank you !

We arrived in Taupo late afternoon just before Christmas with no pre-booked accommodation. The Bella Vista hosts were happy to accommodate us. The room was clean and tidy, the bed comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We would be happy to stay here again.

The unit we stayed in was a small studio and very good value for the price we paid. The unit had all the amenities we needed for our one night stay.
The manager very friendly and helpful and the unit was spotlessly clean.
The motel was easy walking distance ( about 750metres ) to the main shopping precinct and the lakefront.
Even though the motel is located on a reasonably busy road we did not hear any traffic noise during the night which was a nice bonus.

Would highly recommend the Bella Vista in Taupo. I booked last minute one week and was back again the next. Arrived very late and was not a problem, everything was ready for me on arrival. I will only ever stay here in Taupo in future.
