Loved the view across the lake at night, so beautiful. Kids loved the pool and grotto and the staff were so polite and friendly.The room was very clean and had everything we needed.We will definitely stay again when in Taupo.More

Very friendly staff amazing location next to the lake ,room was modern and clean pool was nice and heated and the private grotto was great. not a big Hotel but cosy with nice bar and restaurant. We had the buffet for dinner which I’m not that big on it was adequate thou my wife enjoyed it young lad that served us made the evening, would stay here again.

All the staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The dining room and bar have great views and very comfortable. Pool and grotto a nice place to relax. Would definitely recommend staying here

We had a one night stay on the last night of our honeymoon and it was very pleasant, and good to have the bar and restaurant on site. Right by the lake for walking. Relaxing bar area and good restaurant food and service. We will be back!

Great hotel. Best in Taupo in my opinion. Great restaurant, lovely rooms, direct access to the lake. Good mattresses, location is perfect not to close to Taupo noise but near enough to walk there on lions walk way.

Stayed 2 nights. Room spotless, roomy and beautiful view. Dined twice for dinner, small menu but food prepared and presented well. Small but adequate wine list, waiter helpfull and friendly.
Also had breakfast (2) again very nice and good service.
Will definitely visit again, highly reccomended.
