We stayed 2 nights here after being bitterly disappointed by our original booking at a nearby property. We popped in on the off chance they had s vacancy at the busiest time of the year and imagine our surprise when the lively lady said yes due to an unexpected cancellation. Lovely large 1 bedroom unit beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. This is a credit to the proprietors. Just over the road from beautiful Lake Taupo and a swim is a must do for everyone who stops here in the summertime. A short walk from the town centre. Everything they promise on the website is correct and not only that the price is so so reasonable. We would highly recommend Tui Oaks to everyone and given the chance we will be back.

Great motel with a view of the lake. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and good location. Do take the room facing the lake for a fantastic view. There is also ample parking space, and a few mins drive from the town.

My family of 6 stayed for a night at Tui Oaks. I liked that the bathroom was very clean and well maintained. We could use the washing machine and dryer for free. Service was prompt and friendly! One of the better motels we have stayed in. We loved the view of the lake from our unit. It was lovely to see the Singappre flag being raised: up front! : )
