Comfortable and tidy room, upgraded to sea view as they were quiet, by very helpful staff. Location is excellent in centre of town for restaurants (more options availble than the list which management provide) art galley and shops; secure under- cover parking an extra $30 but included option of EV charging.
Hotel's E-Bike hire used - $80 for two of us to cycle the coastal walkway both directions in two hours. Only challenge was large number of children , dogs, and other cyclists - this costal facility is really busy! Bikes were lighter than ours at home, probably an advantge as we had to be ready to stop. Would visit again.

apart from a great place to stay the staff at the desk are the friendliest , most lovely people I've ever come across at a hotel. This was our second time staying and wouldn't stay anywhere else in New Plymouth - love it.

I had a fantastic stay at King and Queen Suites. From the moment I arrived, Rodrigo went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed. He is genuinely one of the nicest, most helpful, and funniest people I’ve met.

During my stay, I misplaced my keys, and thanks to Rodrigo, I was able to find them. He was down in the garage assisting me with parking, and when he remembered I was rummaging through my bag earlier, it helped me realize where I had left them. Such a lifesaver!

The rooms are incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and you’re right in the heart of New Plymouth’s CBD. There are plenty of dining options just a few meters away from the hotel, and many allow you to charge your meals directly to your room—super convenient!

The views from the room were great, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend King and Queen Suites to anyone visiting New Plymouth; it’s truly the best option around.
