I've travelled a lot and stayed in many places some superb and some tents on hard ground with many visiting bugs.
It doesn't matter where you are as long as your expectations are met. You choose to stay.
To be greeted in a kind and friendly manner and then find your lovely room with all as described so no oversell or surprises, is perfect.
Which is why King and Queen Hotel is so very good.
What it says is what it delivers. I loved it and will go back.

Great location in regards to being by the better eateries and bars in town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice enough rooms but toilet roll holder remained broken on floor our entire stay. For $630 for a night this was more than I have paid for a hotel anywhere in the world I believe? So value for money it isn't. Wouldn't stay again.

This was probably the best experinces I have had in a long time, all of the staff were amazing, they were welcoming and helpful, the location is great, close to stores and restaurant and the coastal walkway.

A lovely hotel right in the heart of New Plymouth. Comfortable beds and beautiful decor, with friendly inviting staff. It is well worth the money and loved our time there. In a world of mediocrity King and Queen stands head and shoulders over the competition.
