This was probably the best experinces I have had in a long time, all of the staff were amazing, they were welcoming and helpful, the location is great, close to stores and restaurant and the coastal walkway.

Great location in regards to being by the better eateries and bars in town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice enough rooms but toilet roll holder remained broken on floor our entire stay. For $630 for a night this was more than I have paid for a hotel anywhere in the world I believe? So value for money it isn't. Wouldn't stay again.

My recent stay at K&Q was outstanding. The rooms were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and hygienic environment. A lovely hotel right in the heart of New Plymouth. Comfortable beds and beautiful decor, with friendly inviting staff. It is well worth the money and loved our time there. In a world of mediocrity King and Queen stands head and shoulders over the competition.

Best place to stay in New Plymouth. No competition.
Have stayed many times and at previously at other places but K&Qs is our only place to stay now for the past 5 years. Great staff, prefect location, well priced.

Fantastic. Above and beyond. I will write more when I have time. Thank you K&Q for taking such great care of me and making sure I left town debt free. Ha. That was so kind and decent to make payment to the medical entity without question. When I return I definitely be staying with you.
