299 Devon was just lovely. We checked in with a very warm greeting and helpful service. The upstairs unit that we stayed in was lovely warm and clean, which is a must. It even had underfloor heating in the bathroom which was great. The shower was excellent. Good quality tea and coffee. Definitely will be going back there.
299 offers extremely tidy accommodation just a 12 minute walk from the Len Lye centre and shopping district. Free bike hire - not the latest of bikes but hey save yourself the hire fee - are available free of charge to cycle the New Plymouth Walkway. Rooms are well appointed with kitchens set up for cooking if need be.
Great to hear you were able to walk into the City Centre/Len Lye and had time to enjoy the use of our bikes along the Coastal Walkway. Thank you for staying with us :-)
The room was clean and reasonably spacious, the motel well-maintained. Good to have 50+ Sky channels, a swimming pool and guest laundry.
Close to the Todd Aquatic Centre - which was excellent, the brilliant Coastal Walkway and only 2km to the CBD.
Would stay again.
Very good. Welcoming. Studio comfortable. 50channels TV, great for bad weather. Close to city and waterfront. Breakfast available. Dinners available at local restaurants with cash back to motel. Rooms reburbished, underfloor heating. Coffee perk provided

Very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The kitchens are well equipped and had everything I needed for a basic dinner for 4. The pool and play area were a bit small for my 10 & 7 year old but appreciated. The front desk person was friendly and helpful with directions.
