Every time we visit Rotorua we make sure we have at least one night out at this place, from the excellent staff who are nice and friendly to the excellent food i believe this is the best Indian in town. My family all love Indian food and have experienced a variety of places all over NZ and this restaurant is our favorite. An added bonus was recently we had family visiting from the UK and had my young nephew with us, not only did he eat more than all the adults but the staff also took him round the bar and gave him some treats. This type of service is the norm and my family were really impressed. If your thinking of a place to eat when in Rotorua i would definitely recommend here.

One of the best restaurants in Rotorua for a special celebration! We had a table of six, ages ranging from 4 yrs old to 70, and we were all greeted with the warmest of welcomes. The service was thoughtful and genuine, and the food was flavoursome. If you want a restaurant where the service and atmosphere are just as special as the food, this is the place to visit. We will be returning! Thank you Indian Star!

Recommend this restaurant. The service and food was excellent and well priced. In the 'Eat Streat' location of Rotorua with lots of other restaurants. This one was full.

Delicious food and amazing service! I truly recomend this place. One of the best in Rotorua - is open also during winter!

We ordered two different dishes but ended up sharing as both were delishious. Will be going back to experience more of the great flavours of this restaurant.
