We stayed here for one night. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel, our room and the mineral pool area - all immaculate. We were shown to our room by a lovely staff member (Shreya) who was knowledgeable and considerate of our needs - she was welcoming, helping us with pool towels and explaining how the hotel worked - restaurant etc.. We loved splashing around in the pool and the great location close to the restaurants (especially the ice cream shop!).
The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms very comfortable. We loved that there was a TV in our room.

Situated right in the hearts of Rotorua this hotel lived up to expectations and hype. Fun and quirky decor, delicious and well priced cocktails in the bar and a pleasant ambience.
The superior room was comfortable and well appointed. Would try to take advantage of the pool and private spa area next time.

I do recommend the pools next time you stay. A soak in the 40 degree mineral pool followed by a dip in the outdoor pool (or the other way around) is delightful!

We traveled down for a mini break and stayed, we booked the gourmet package deal. Must say could not fault it such a comfortable room, fantastic service , hot tub nice and clean and water perfect, poll warm and refreshing. The dinner was absolutely stunning and team were perfectly attentive . the breakfast to finish was just as we hopped nicely cooked and presented with again the supper service we had experienced this weekend. I must say we will defiantly be back with friends to join us to good not to share.
I also rated the hotel on their web site and what class for the manger to personally respond to us and thanked us,

Thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the Regent. Couldn’t really fault it. The swimming pool is lively and clean and warm. The hot tub a nice treat and the water lovely.
The rooms extremely clean and in great condition. Bed is comfy enough. The towels, soaps etc are of reasonable quality and the dressing gown always a plus!
We had breakfast both days and couldn’t fault the food.
All the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you.
Definitely can recommend !

The staff were great, my room was lovely and the pool fabulous. I had lunch in the restaurant and the food was great as well.
Travelling on my own this hotel is close to everything, especially Eat St where I could go to without feeling uncomfortable at all.
I will certainly be going back.
