Clean and well maintained units , nice staff , quiet and friendly location. The kids loved the thermal pool. Great location for superb restaurants also. This would be my top pick for the price in Rotorua.

Good accommodation for a stay in Rotorua.
Other than being a bit dated, we found this to be a pretty good motel. Our unit was reasonably spacious with one double bed downstairs in the main living area and another on an upstairs mezzanine.
The kitchen had a fridge, microwave and two cooktop hobs.
Everything was clean and tidy.
Car park space was immediately outside the unit.
Pricing was reasonable. Location was good on Fenton Street - about a half hour walk into downtown Rotorua.
A little dated in the interior decor but the two story unit we got for our family of four was otherwise excellent. Pretty spacious with a nice wee balcony and private courtyard it also had a private spa pool. If you have kids that can’t not climb railings then ask for a single story unit as the top area might not be for you.
The family pool was nice and warm with a lovely poolside area with bbq and seating. The playground could be expanded from a couple of swings to make it top notch for young families.
Lovely service, they were all too happy to accommodate our needs and advise us on places to go or eat.
Wifi was pretty stable and good parking.
Will definitely stay here again.
The rooms are incredibly dated, curtains only in some bedrooms, walls are paper thin and the lounge is very dark. The resort is very run down and dated too. Very disappointing considering the price paid.
I’d stayed here years ago and it was great. It came highly recommended so we paid the higher price looking forward to the pool which appears in pictures on the website. Got to the room and it looked fine, daughter went racing to check out the pool only to be told it was closed as it needed cleaning (it was green) remotes didn’t work no sky or smart tv to cast to. My poor mother got trapped in the bathroom as the handles weren’t working properly and the beds were old. This was supposed to be the executive suite. All in all it was very disappointing especially for the price
Recommendation from staff about attractions, a pool better than the Thermal Pool we visited, and a nice comfortable warm room. Quick and easy access to the pool, and it’s nice and refreshing both d/n.
