The hotel enjoys excellent staff who are attentive, helpful and share an obvious camaraderie. The staff were genuinely interested in our overall experience in Rotorua. Odd requests were never a problem. The suite was relaxing with stunning lake views.

We just spent 3 fabulous nights in the Pullman Hotel, Rotorua. The staff were amazing – from the moment we entered the building until the moment we left. The dining room staff were exceptional and the chef absolutely went the extra mile to please us. The food was delicious. Our room had plenty of space and had an awesome view of the lake. However the bathroom design wasn’t great. Definitely would prefer a separate bathroom, not one that has an open plan setup with little privacy. Two frosted glass cubicles, one for shower, one for toilet and the rest opening into the lounge area wasn’t ideal. There was no separate light for the toilet cubicle so when going to the toilet during the night, the entire suite lit up. Also no reading lights above bed so had to use phone torch to read at night. Loved the friendliness of the staff and the delicious food, but because of the crazy bathroom, probably won’t stay there again.

The Pullman Hotel was delight. Quite a quirky room. Large and comfortable. Lovely views over the Government Gardens and Lake. The staff were outstandingly friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent.
