It is well located, few blocks away from wharf and bus stop.
Our room was spacious, with comfortable armchairs, table with chairs and tv cable. It also had a small kitchen with electric stove and kettle, toaster, kitchen tools and fridge. Complimentary tea and soluble coffee were available. Bathroom was clean; it included a bathtube with hot water enough for two short showers (room had a 45 liters electrical heater). Balcony was a nice detail, weather permitting an ideal place to have breakfast or other meal.
Wifi was included in the price; connectivity was great.
The only issue was that the room was on the first floor by stairs and the limited availability of hot water (we have to wait for a while for water to heat again).

+ owners was very friendly and helpful
+ location is great, 5 mins walk to the beach, shops, supermakret, restaurats and everything you need
+ wifi works excellent
+ good cooking facilities

- older furniture, like alpine hotel from the 70s, how every clean and functional, and TV also modern
- only small trash can in the room
