Very comfortable hotel with beautiful ocean views. Managers were very friendly and offered great advice of things to do in Paihia. Rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable. Pricing was extremely affordable.
Location was Perfect with just a short walk to the Main Street and marina areas.

Great location in paihia. Close to town, shops and Russell ferry. Road/beach side unit so view was awesome and unit was not noisy at night. Beds were very uncomfortable and in need of replacement. Kitchen amenities good. Wifi was terrible, intermittent and often not available over our entire 4 day stay.
Nice hotel , but don’t ask for another coffee for the plunger . You get one per room ( states on packet it’s for one person) so we were told to share the coffee between us . Funny .
We come up once a month these days but will go elsewhere now, somewhere where there’s no coffee rations. A shame really tbh. Oh well .
This is an excellent place to stay in Paihia. From our unit, the views across the bay, were outstanding. It is only a very short walk to the shops, restaurants and the ferry across to Russell. We parked the car and walked everywhere.
The unit was exceptionally clean. It had a separate bedroom. The kitchenette had a large fridg, a small cooktop, ample crockery and cutlery. There is a guest laundry which is so useful when travelling.
The owners are very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay again.
We arrived late and tired and awakened fresh and full of energy thanks to the lovely couple / owners.
Perfect location, super clean room 🍀 and even a kitchenette with all you need !
