Stayed in a suite overlooking the bay and well worth paying a little extra.
The lounge was large with 2 sofas and a great view, sun terrace with table and chairs. Well stocked kitchen and the bathroom had a large shower and whirlpool bath.
Generally very comfortable. The WiFi was poor in the rooms though with much better signal in reception.
Situated in the centre of town.
Certainly would stay again.

We booked a 3 night stay in Paihia at the end of a long touring holiday, first impressions of the property the gardens are kept beautifully with a well kept but small pool area. The rooms are a good size with 2 double beds, the bedding is looking a little tired as is some of the furniture. The bathroom had a good shower and was well laid out. The common areas look like they could use a little TLC. The hotel is in a great location. One thing to be aware of this hotel is used by tour company's which leads to people leaving early so therefore making a lot of noise on the corridors we don't all want to be up at 7a.m. When on holiday.

Hi there,
Thank you very much for your feedback, we really appreciate it. We are currently working through the replacing of our soft furnishing (beds, bedspreads etc) so hopefully you'll be able to provide further feedback on these changes on your next stay.
Thanks

A nice little hotel. Well situated and very clean and tidy. It would of been nice to have more than 50mb of data as that disappeared in all of a minute! The staff were friendly and breakfast had a beautiful view of the bay.

The hotel was very handy for the pier and town and is situated on the seafront. The rooms were clean and comfortable but we weren't that keen on the open plan nature of the rooms. The breakfasts were good and the dinners very good.

Good location for walking to the shops, the and boat tours. The buffet breakfast was very good. The room was clean, but the only negative I can say about the hotel was the stairs to access the second floor. The steps are very narrow and there is no lift, so you must carry your case up and down to your room. The beds were good, but not the new style that we had at our previous hotel. I recommend you try the The Green Restaurant for a meal. There is a cold water pool in the front of the hotel. The picture on the hotel site shows the pool. There is a games room downstairs, though we didn't use it, so can't comment on it. Overall, the hotel was very comfortable. The wifi is advertised as free, but if you want at least one gig you have to pay $3:00 for 24hr access. The laundry takes tokens, which can be purchased at the front desk.

Room Tip: If you are elderly, or travelling with a pram, take the ground floor rooms. There is no lift.
