Lovely room overlooking the ocean! Staff were very friendly and helpful! We had breakfast in the restaurant and the food was awesome! We would definitely stay here again as it was walking distance to the CBD and restaurants etc.More

Lovely staff, great location, nice room, good buffet breakfast, comfortable bed.
Had trouble getting temperature right. Windows single glazed so cold in winter. However, very nice view across to seashore and sunny aspect.
Fast lift. Walk to everything including walk for miles along seafront.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean, very comfortable bed. Love the fact there is a window to open. Nice big fluffy towels, nice bath. Only negatives were that it's not that sound proof and the doors are very heavy and slam super loud ..love the restaurant downstairs, super convenient and the pool and gym across the road. Staff were friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The Te Pania Hotel is very well located over the road from the ocean and in the middle of the Napier shopping area.
Great views of the ocean and down on Marine Parade.
Alison, the Duty Manager, was very helpful during check-in and throughout our stay.
And to cap it off there were 2 x Tesla Superchargers right by the hotel door that we made use of during our stay.
