We were working our way back north to Auckland after a hunting trip in the Masterton area on the north island, and decided to stay here. The manager was so helpful - allowing us to keep our venison frozen. And the contemporary room was so spacious and comfy. Loved the bathroom (great shower and their toiletries divine)! The beach is right across the street, and while we were there, a good swell was rolling in to keep surfers happy. Lots of bars and restaurants are walking distance, and there's a nice diner-coffee shop next door. Great place to stay!

Room Tip: We had a ground floor room which had lots of patio space outside. Kinda nice!

We stayed here for one night only as a quick stop over with the 2 children. Was a clean hotel room. Well worth the price compared to others in the area. I have stayed at many in Napier and this one definitely is value for money. Reccomend.

Great location in terms of cafes & views. Close enough to walk into Napier CBD. I would prefer staying here than in Napier itself. The hotel is so clean & well presented. The beds are very comfortable.

Room Tip: Rooms are so clean & beautifully presented.

came to Napier for a weekend of R&R. The Navigate was a great place to stay....easy parking, quick check-in, well appointed room with sea views, a balcony and afternoon sun. Reasonable wifi and quality toiletries. The bed was really comfortable - good support but nice a soft. Everything very clean. Breakfasts included which were served next door in the cafe - again, good service and good food. A little pricey at just under $300 a night but obviously came at a busy time (if you get a cheaper deal, book it!)

Very helpful staff, a great location and a very clean, modern hotel. We were very impressed with the baby gear we were provided, travelling without a port-a-cot and relying on the hotel supplied one had made us a bit nervous, but we were presented with a beatifully clean cot made up fit for a prince! Fantastic hotel, couldn’t fault it!
