This Motel was really good. Clean with all kitchenette stuff, comfy beds, and spacious, with good bathroom. The owner / Manager was very friendly and really helpful when we need information, the bonus is a small swimming pool with special room for spa. Close to main road, but we have a decent sleep, no problem at all from any noises from the road. Location a bit far away from city centre, but if you have car, this should not be a problem.
We booked two rooms here for the Art Deco festival and we weren't disappointed. Clean and comfortable with all mod-cons expected for the price. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, which improved our rating markedly.
We needed a rest in Napier so pulled in to the first motel we saw. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and the room warm and inviting.
All amenities were there, including a laundry and ironing board.
It was only an overnight stop but we would definiteley return.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. A special plus for the shower

Very accommodating motel, couldn't help us enough, lovely clean rooms, had everything we needed for a stay even extra towels which is always a bonus! Lovely couple who own it, very helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay.
Stayed two nights here, with our 2kg 14 year old Chihuaha Paris, Most obliging friendly couple. Nice electric blankets and comfortable beds. All equipment we needed to be self contained.Warm, clean. And Free WiFi. Have stayed there 11 year years ago and there service is still A+
