We needed a rest in Napier so pulled in to the first motel we saw. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and the room warm and inviting.
All amenities were there, including a laundry and ironing board.
It was only an overnight stop but we would definiteley return.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. A special plus for the shower

Very accommodating motel, couldn't help us enough, lovely clean rooms, had everything we needed for a stay even extra towels which is always a bonus! Lovely couple who own it, very helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay.
Stayed two nights here, with our 2kg 14 year old Chihuaha Paris, Most obliging friendly couple. Nice electric blankets and comfortable beds. All equipment we needed to be self contained.Warm, clean. And Free WiFi. Have stayed there 11 year years ago and there service is still A+
They have a swimming pool and a spa
We came as a group to stay at this accommodation, so booked 4 rooms. The hosts are very friendly and help full.. The decor could be updated but I guess that's what you pay for. Everyone in our group we all concluded that the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms could have been better. If you looking for cheap to average accommodation this would suit.
One note I was not happy with is that your parking does not line up with your room. This means that if another room user turned up late (as in our case) you get the head lights from their car shining into your room. I also could not keep tabs on our car for security and yes we had an item stolen from our car which may have not happened if our car was in front of our room.
We are very disappointed we were not able to satisfy your expectations, we have noted your concerns put practices in place to improve our standards
The configuration of our rooms are what they are because it was the way the motel was constructed and unfortunately we cannot change that
we have cctv and on reviewing failed to find any illegal activity regarding vehicle tampering
We are not a gated community so peoples movement is not restricted
we do however recommend the Police advice which is "Lock it or Lose it"

Super Friendly and so clean. The husband wife team here make it feel like your a guest in their home. :) Highly recommend staying here and bringing the whole family. Our only regret is we are only here for one night only!
