Beachfront place, really beautiful art deco decor inside the room, loved the furniture! Room is very clean and also had everything you need, only thing is the road front unit is not really soundproof, so for people with sleep problems it may be an issue, as there are cars driving by at night.
Overall, happy with the room.

We stayed in a King Studio and it was 41 sq m with a balcony and a partial view of the ocean, as it was on the side of the complex. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchenette had a hot plate and had all we needed. The bed was comfortable. Staff were welcoming. The coastal pathway was across the road. Marineland was a 3 minute walk. We could easily walk into town. Excellent value.

We found the gentleman at reception very hospitable.
we really enjoyed our stay love the spa bath and added bonus. The view was great. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. The kitchen facilities were fine. Location is fantastic and I would love to stay here again on our next visit to Napier. Thank you. Good job. 👍🏼😇

(A couple of things which aren't a criticism ) the full length mirror is too high to see full length to the feet.
The television in the lounge is a little bit high as one has to look up when sitting down on the couch !! just a suggestion!

we had an extra room for no extra charge! Everyone at reception is ever so pleasant!
Every room has ocean views, besides being ever so spacious! Has a diner attached, but overall it’s just A Very Nice Motel, well equipped. Location a little far from town as we did not have our own car, and it’s 35mn walk from city centre.
