Not modern or new but tidy and clean. A very central location in centre of Hamilton. Parking for me as a mobility pass holder was good.

Old building recently renovated small rooms but clean with new fittings and upgraded bathroom. Can be noisy at night even though double glazed. In house bar and restaurant. Location on main street surrounded by cafes restaurants and bars.

Loved the room, however did smell a little of cigarette, the lay out do the room was spacious especially for two people who had a lot of stuff. The parking however a little of an issue apart from that ok

Everthing was a mess,couldnt get in room till 5,Room service was always late after 1pm,one day none,internet sucked,as for sky omg. Restaurant um no thank you.
Use to always stay there not anymore.
Standards have dropped dramatically.
