Everthing was a mess,couldnt get in room till 5,Room service was always late after 1pm,one day none,internet sucked,as for sky omg. Restaurant um no thank you.
Use to always stay there not anymore.
Standards have dropped dramatically.

Location great for central city.
It's a bit of a rabbit warren to walk from carpark to room but other than that, it's great.

Very disappointed with this Ramada. Cannot recommend to other travellers and won't stay again. Had one of the worst sleeps ever. The location is central but this means it's very noisy and the parking is tricky; our car got trapped in by other guests randomly parking outside designated first come places. Inside, our room was drab, small, with a very dark old bathroom with a leaking shower and old grout, a bedroom window that didnt open with condensation on it and stained curtains, very old fixtures and frayed carpet... you get the picture. We were woken by inconsiderate guests right outside our door at 1230am, 4am, 430am... whilst not the hotel's fault they have selfish guests, this was the final straw for me. Needs a lot of work.
