My aunty and I were travelling for an 80th birthday held at the Novotel so the location was ideal, less than a 5 minute walk away. We were able to leave our car in the secure car park earlier than the check in time and walk to our lunch destination. Check in and check out was quick and easy, and the staff on for the weekend were very helpful in answering all our questions/requests. Thank you team Ramada.

Rooms were clean warm and safe and during my stay - very quiet. Expect some noise because you are on the main street of a city full of restaurants and bars. They also provide free parking ( but you have to get in fast).

The price is good if you want to stay in I cleaned rooms! Bed hard as rock, other people’s toiletries and bed not changed!

Checking in was a bit of a struggle, especially as there is no dedicated parking near the hotel. Parking was main issue. Room was clean, but in general the premises requires a bit of an upgrade. Value was good. Room dark and quiet for good night rest.
