I was skeptical to stay here after seeing other reviews, but I'm happy we did. The hotel is in a great location & is clean. The room was basic & clean, it had all we needed for our 1 night stay.
We booked last minute so didn't get a parking spot, but sky city parking is only just down the road (though not cheap).
Would stay here again next time we come to Hamilton.

room was tired but clean. Bathroom really really small but it was also clean. probably worth paying a bit more for a better room i felt we were puit in the budget section.

Definitely reserve parking
It’s worth it for $20! The mattress was very hard but that personal preference. Basic clean rooms for quick stay ! Thanks

Right in the middle of Victoria St close to a huge variety of restaurants and bars. On site parking was very handy. In house bathroom products a cut above! Very helpful staff and the breakfast buffet very worth having.
