Stayed in a large studio room with heat pump, equipped with all the basics. Was clean and tidy, and access to free sky, wifi and parking There is also an onsite self-service laundry. Excellent shower and I love that there are paper towel dispensers in the bathroom and kitchenette. Full length mirror inside the small wardrobe which is always a bonus! Had great nights sleep - bed was lovely and soft. Noise level wasn't noticeable at all. Within walking distance to two major supermarkets, two bars and a cheap taxi ride into the centre of town to visit the casino. Easily walkable though on a warm summers night. Was well priced and I would stay another night here again.

Room Tip: Block C, away from main entrance. Was more private.

Bathroom was the worst; fan heater did not work, shower had to be entered in order to turn it on & squirted water from a D.I.Y. repair at nozzle, no shelves to put anything on in shower and no hooks for hanging clothes in bathroom. Also beware: "en suite" simply means a basin in your room! Booked to stay in June (Winter) but electric blankets were folded in cupboard rather than on beds. Some of the furniture looked as if it had been purchased from a 2nd hand dealer. Ordered cooked breakfast came with 2 slices of bread in a plastic bag which you have to toast in the unit!

I had the most delightful long hot soak in the spa bath. I was in unit 4. I requested for down stairs because of hip disability. Easy parking. Easy wifi. All amenities were fresh clean and high standard. Sky TV easy to use remote. Large double size bed crisp sheets. Great value for money at special deal price $110 instead of $165.00.

We have stayed in many places over the past 2 years in Hamilton, this one definitely takes first place and our place to stay from now on. Excellent rate, rooms are very spacious, wireless connection is awesome as is the choice of TV Channels. The shower, which is always one of our criteria for ratings, is great, beds are comfortable , everything is very clean. Excellent breakfast choices and love the little things, complimentary cookies, hot chocolate (not just tea & coffee). Nice and quiet and so close to supermarkets, gas stations, rugby stadium, restaurants, and river walk. Definitely returning

Booked into a 3 bed townhouse as attending a nearby conference ( not here).
Was very basic, NOT like the pics on the website.
The "spa bath" wasnt nice, the noise from across the road ( ? Recyling? Processing plant) was continuous and kept us awake from 3am!!
The kitchen cupboard doors were loose, a hole in the ceiling and wall, curtain rails were loose. Bleach? Stains on carpets upstairs. Felt like a punishment.
Beds ARE clean and comfortable.
Staff were polite when we complained- other 3 bed townhouses were booked up though. Gave us a botyle wine to help us sleep.
Monday and thurs nights were the noisiest.
Sorry :-(
