We stayed as a family while our mum was in Waikato hospital. The hospital service is unpredictable and Graeme's team Leah and Leslie were absolutely wonderful and supportive during what was a difficult time for us. They provided flexibility with our booking, the supported the extra mile with laundry and the motel is very modern, well kept and clean. It was great ro not have to worry about all of this so we could focus on caring for mum. Absolutely fabulous staff and service! Thank you for everything!

Rooms were very well laid out and also had a couch to lounge on without having to sit on the bed to watch tv & chill. Host Graeme was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to any of our friends. We will stay here again when we need a place to stay.
