We bought two rerun skybus tickets at a vending machine in the airport using credit card. Due to our poor English, we did not understand the meaning that a tag attached to the machine saying “out of paper”, after we finished paying, of course no ticket comes out. We tried to call for refund, but nobody answered as it was Sunday. So we went to the ticket office out of the airport for help. The staff, her name is Zena, was very very kind to us. She believed us even we could not prove we paid at that time. Incredibly, she issued two tickets to us. This is the first person who helped us solving problem in this country, she is our first image of Auckland and New Zealand.
