Sails Restaurant has been one of my favourite restaurants in Auckland and this dining experience did not disappoint. We had the Tasting Degustation menu and the team were able to accommodate a requested swap for both of us. Nothing was too much trouble. Ambience is lovely with a view to match!

We love Sails and this visit was just as fantastic as ever. The service is brilliant. They don't try to hurry you out the door and successfully make 'going out for dinner' a evening experience rather than eat and run like most other restaurants these days. The entree selection is always varied with new items on the menu. The crayfish mornay is the best we have had and is always our go to. Cocktails are great too!

We had the 6 course set menu which was superb. The quality of the ingredients was great and the flavours/preparation was equally as good. Although it was a relatively expensive meal it was well worth it considering the quality. They have an extensive wine list but I was surprised to find that they also had some very reasonably priced wines as well which is not common at most fine dining restaurants. And finally the service was just perfect. I would high recommend Sails for your next celebration dinner.

This was our first time here and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly and inviting. We celebrated for my f.i.l bday and our son and they gave them a complimentary dessert for them. The food was just delicious nothing to complain about.
