Food was well presented and tasted really good. The service however was lacking. Our waiter seemed to have a bad day and appeared on edge which made us feel uncomfortable. We had a bottle of Rose which was placed on the window shield rather then a bucket of ice. We then had to help ourselves to it. Took awhile to get someone to get us some salt as well. On a positive note we were greeted warmly and even though we were late we were made to feel welcome. Have been to the restaurant many times but this time our experience was disappointing which was mostly due to how our waiter handled the service.

we went to Sails for a birthday celebration and had their 6 course meal option with matching wine. The food was divine and the wine matches perfect. The service was excellent and our waiter had a depth of knowledge about the wines and the food. While expensive it will be one of those life time memories.

Lovely view of the Harbour and bridge. Great food and equally great service. Highlight was definitely the pan seared sea scallops which were the best I have ever tasted. For a lovely cocktail I would recommend the Sky Tower.

Great views, great service and stunning food. We had the degustation menu. The food was beautifully presented. The first few dishes are quite small, but they build in size and you certainly won’t be leaving hungry. Just two suggestions: some bread with the ceviche would be awesome so you can mop up the delicious sauce/juices. And some more vegetables would be welcome. Overall a great evening, well worth the money.

As in the past the service and friendliness of the staff was excellent.
What a superb location to enjoy an interesting menu
