Had a great time and the restaurant wasn't so busy on the lunch time I went so Bart paid attention to us. I told him I like Fillet Mignon so he arranged some mushrooms which were delicious at no charge.
That was fun -- we are always creating things that are not on the menu -- Mushroom cream sauce -- no worries
Hope to see you again soon
Thanks Bart
Both the setting and the meal were excellent. I started with a mushroom risotto and this was so good. I then had a fillet steak with a smoked marrow butter and delicious red wine jus. The steak was cooked just how I asked. It was a good choice. He had fish, John Dory, which was definitely a winner. We drank a lovely bottle of villa Maria reserve Chardonnay. The view is stunning. It looks out over the marina and the beautifully lit up harbor bridge. An excellent dining experience, you should try it.

Thank you so much for your wonderful comments .Can't wait to crank up our huge open fire -- wood is ready to go
See you soon -- you can ask for a fire table rather than the usual window request

Food cooked with care and flair, the mushroom risotto was simply stunning, the tuna carpaccio was nicely presented, the John Dory was expertly cooked crisp and moist in a bed of yummy butternut risotto, and the beef fillet exploded with flavour thanks to a smoky bone marrow sauce, professional service adding to a great evening in a lovely setting!
Thank you so much for your wonderful comments . Mushroom risotto, John Dory, yum Gotta go have lunch.
