It's in Newmarket, that's the good news. Newmarket is excellent.
But I didn't realise it was only serviced apartments, not a hotel. So, keys left in a lockbox, not the best welcome. Noisy inside, sound carries from other apartments. Cold and sterile.
Very expensive for what it is. Much better value elsewhere.

We unfortunately do not have an all night reception, being a serviced apartment. however our call center is very good when they check in guests at night.
We will be happy to arrange a quiet room for you in future, or if you even have any trouble with noise in nights, we do have a manger onsite that will help you with any issues.

From the time I first checked in to check out the service was 100% wonderful.I stayed at Quest Newmarket due to a death in the family and every detail was seen to with efficency and completed with total understanding of my situation.
I have a disability and I was upgraded to the two bedroom apartment which aloud me to meet family members and with ample seating a great kitchen and supurb access facilities.
I have no hesitation in recommending Quest Newmarket and I most definitly will make this property my choice to stay when next in Auckland.
A special thank you Jiana on reception for her proffessional attention thru my stay.Jiana's service is second to none.

These efficiency apartments are very easy and clean. We stayed in two different rooms during our visit. Our first room was on the main floor and so was first on the maid's list in the morning so be aware. We were not often ready when she came to the door to quit our room yet! Our second room was higher up in the hotel which I preferred. Washer and dryer greatly appreciated and the hotel is very generous with soaps and toiletries. There are good restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby. One does have to get out and explore on foot because many of the places are not accessible via car.

Stayed at the Quest Newmarket over the past couple of days.
Well appointed rooms with all that you need.
Reception is excellent, I needed some help with retrieving some documents from my office via the internet and the reception team allowed me to use their computer. Simple things make love easy.
This hotel is very central to all things in Newmarket, which is the retail capital of NZ (Apparently)
Dozens of cafes and restaurants within a few walk.
Rooms are a little noisey at night with the nightlife so close, but it’s not to bad.
Definitely stay here again

This Accommodation was given to us as a Xmas Present and was just perfect. We arrived to a wonderful reception and very helpful staff. We’re visiting Auckland for one night and this accommodation was just perfect. Parnell is a very up market place and we were on their doorstep. Walking distance to down town but would recommend a taxi back unless you are reasonably fit as it is quite a walk up the hill. The apartment itself was a Studio and was fitted out perfect. Beautifully clean, Kitchenette, Washer/Drier, T.V, very comfortable bed and quiet. Plus all the usual facilities. Car parking is available at an extra cost but well worth it. Would definitely stay again. Felt the price was very reasonable.
