This Accommodation was given to us as a Xmas Present and was just perfect. We arrived to a wonderful reception and very helpful staff. We’re visiting Auckland for one night and this accommodation was just perfect. Parnell is a very up market place and we were on their doorstep. Walking distance to down town but would recommend a taxi back unless you are reasonably fit as it is quite a walk up the hill. The apartment itself was a Studio and was fitted out perfect. Beautifully clean, Kitchenette, Washer/Drier, T.V, very comfortable bed and quiet. Plus all the usual facilities. Car parking is available at an extra cost but well worth it. Would definitely stay again. Felt the price was very reasonable.

The first thing you notice about this hotel is its location. It is surrounded by a considerable number of restaurants and cafes. Its also well serviced for shopping and transport, with buses and trains located nearby. The room itself was modern, tidy and with a small kitchenette for those who prefer to eat in and a modern bathroom with a bathtub.

Getting into the downtown area is easy by bus (~20 minute ride) or by train (station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel). Its about a 30 minute brisk walk to the Sky Tower for those feeling more energetic.

All in all a great place for a short term stay.

Upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment - which was very spacious, complete with kitchen facilities and a very large bathroom, too bad my stay was only for 1 night.
The interiors were very new and the receptionist was helpful.
Did get a reminder door knock right on 10am to check out, so make sure you leave on time.
