3rd time I've stayed here.
Always great service, very clean spacious apartment and awesome city/harbour views.
best parking, plenty of off road parking while checking in, then easy access to undercover parking in the building.

Highly recommend this stay. Great location. Value for money. Comfortable bed. Good facilities - gym, pool, sauna and spa. Unfortunately I could only stay the one night.

Great stay. The staff are super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Spacious room with all the facilities you could need and in a great location to explore the city!
Room had balcony, kitchenette, great Spacious bathroom and comfortable bed.

We enjoy staying here during Xmas new year break. Good eating out locally. Kitchen well equipped. Spacious bathroom, but I am getting too old for shower over bath.
Friendly efficient staff.
Parking is easy and organised though it does cost.

Had a great room with a balcony and overlooking a small park. Loved the separate cooking/lounge area and separate bedroom. It was great to be able to go out buy your own food in nearby shops and cook for your self.
Staff were helpful with suggestions of where to go and what to do.
The only downside was that the building appeared to be in need of a refurb. That mat in between the reception and the lifts, was foul and so disappointing with the grandeur of the building. This is the reason not a 5 marking.

It’s also wonderful to hear that our staff could assist you with helpful recommendations.
We truly appreciate your comments regarding the need for refurbishment. We are actively working on improvements to enhance our guests' experiences, and your feedback about the mat between the reception and the lifts has been noted. We were looking for a property that had a separate room to sleep and laundry/kitchen because we were arriving after a long international flight. This property is great for that purpose. It's relatively compact (we had a 1-bed suite) but had a well-appointed kitchen and bathroom, as well as a washer/dryer (+ detergents). It was a great place to land for a night or two. The pool area is quite nice (including hot tub). There is no restaurant but grocery shops aren't too far away. The staff was perfectly nice as well. Views were good and I felt like it was fairly good value for money, especially if you are going to be in your room for any amount of time. The immediately surrounding area has a park and some shops.
Room tip: They provided shampoo, conditioner, detergents etc. - made it easy to get comfortable.
