All of us had a great experience here and the food, and the atmosphere was spot on.
The place is expensive, but you know that before booking.

The service and food at Gerome was exceptional. I live in the lower North Island and relied on staff to help plan a late evening supper for friends travelling to Auckland from various places. One of the banquet menus was perfect: a delicious array of shared platters just kept arriving. Staff were attentive but unobtrusive.

Great place , food is divine and the service is exceptional. Would recommend to anyone wanting great Greek food . Love the look and taste

To be fair, simply amazing. The staff are very personable and friendly. They know their roles well and are helpful. The food came in a consistent flow to keep you happy but not crowded with plates. The flavours...omg...the flavours were just divine. My only critique is...when seasonal vegetables are offered as a side plate, please advise what it will be. We ordered it and got a plate of beetroot...that's all. That was the only reason the food didn't get 5 stars.
Overall I would highly recommend the restaurant as a must do.

We had been told this was an exceptional restaurant so booked in to take our Mum out for a celebratory dinner. We had a cocktail to start then shared a bottle of wine. Hubby enjoyed the hazy IPA. We shared 4 small plates which were all so delicious. We shared the lamb shoulder, cauliflower and chips as our main then all had a dessert. WOW WOW WOW. I would give 8 stars if we could as this was so good. We will be back.
