- No air conditioning in the bedrooms. 1 split system in the living area only. Asked reception for fans, they don't supply them.
- no clothes wash in room for washing machine.
- TV didn't work, and a staff member tried to fix it, who had zero customer service skills, they couldn't "fix it", so we ended up fixing ourselves
- staff not very friendly, seemed like they didn't want to be there.
- living room space, good size, we got the 2 bedroom apartment.
- bed in main bedroom was 2 singles, not the same height, just thrown together. Beds not very comfortable at all. This bed also had torn sheets on this bed.
- we also got parking in the carpark behind, which is fine, but the person at reception failed to tell us or explain that there was a bag drop off point, so getting the luggages from the carpark to the apartments was very difficult.
- the Cafe attached, which was called the "Nook". The staff were the worst I've ever encountered, rude, and no customer service skills at all!! The first time I went in for a takeaway coffee, they didn't seem impressed at all, after i ordered I was told to "just wait", so I waited, and waited, and waited, until another man came out and made the coffee, clearly he didn't want to be there, he was very unwelcoming and rude. The next day I thought I'd give them a second chance, but when I got there I was told "no coffee today". So don't waste your time, go up a few doors to the "yard" at the adina where you'll find very helpful staff who had fantastic customer service skills.
