Lovely staff et delicious breakfast :)! We took hotcakes served with fruits and chocolate and eggs benedict : really wonderfull ! The mascarpone blueberry cake is just excellent too. And don't leave before taste the vanilla and apple muffin :D !!!! 😃

This small café is fantastic. Service is always friendly and I would happily come back to have their delicious meals and coffee any day. The Breakfast Burger is perhaps the tastiest brunch meal on offer in all of Auckland. Our waitress Anna was amazing! She was friendly, super helpful with the menu and always had a smile. 10/10 for service, food and atmosphere.

Stopped here for breakfast twice in 2 days, service and food was amazing. Staff are extremely friendly and got great customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Auckland and Vulcan lane.

We had breakfast at Melba on Good Friday and it turned out to be a GREAT Friday!

We were served by a smashing waitress from Ireland - a really warm, friendly welcome.

We had the hot cakes (pancakes with fruit, macadamia and chocolate) and the breakfast burger (pictured - a Japanese milk bun with manuka honey, hash brown, fried egg, bacon jam, sriracha mayonnaise and pickled onion); both were delicious and washed down with Auckland’s finest flat whites.

I went out for breakfast with friends and ordered the salmon bagel, can't quite remember what i paid but between $15-18 for my bagel and it came out on a plate with a plain toasted bagel, pile of cream cheese, pile of salmon, and pile of capers, had to construct it on my own, had to ask for salt and pepper.... if im paying that much money i expect my bagel to be made said nothing on the menu about making your own.
WASTE OF MONEY AND IT WASNT EVEN VERY FRESH!
