Rooms a spacious for two even for two staying in single beds, rooms serviced daily if required, parking was no problems as it was free on weekends and free after 6pm to 8 am weekdays.
The Restaurant attached makes a mean Duck Risotto and the staff were friendly and always keen to look after us, we were lucky enough to be staying the week of the official opening night.
Great location keep up the service look forward to staying here again.

First time stay at this new hotel. Check in was hit and miss. We had booked a deluxe twin room and was taken to room 403. First room was a king room so not the right room. Was taken to 903 and another king room. Went down a floor to 803 and was a twin deluxe but had a rollaway so moved next door to 802. Got settled for about 10 minutes then got a call from reception that it was a standard room. Chose to move back to 803 and removed rollaway. Finally in!
Room was very clean beds very comfy. No exaust fan in bathroom though.
Only two coffee pods for machine. Asked for more at reception and happy to give us more. Julios Restaurant amazing, food to die for and staff attentive and professional. Room service great, although dishes still outside room 12 hours later. Apart from the opening teething problems we had a great stay and will come again.

Hi Ange N

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel.

Sounds like you had the grand arrival tour of a few different room types. Apologies for this run around, I have shared this feedback with the team and changes have been made to ensure guests get the correct room they book.

I was very pleased to read you enjoyed dining at Julio's , I agree the food is to die for.

Thank you again Ange N for staying with us and I hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back again soon.

Check in experience wasn't great. I waited for lady in reception to finish chatting with co-worker. She didn't acknowledge my presence until she had finished the conversation, only then did she turn to me and apologise. A prior acknowledgement would've been appreciated.
Room was roomy and spotless with a view. Bed very comfortable but I was a little put out by the absence of a top sheet.
Breakfast in Julio's was a lovely experience. Staff friendly and attentive, and the food delicious.
Parking is a real issue. Street parking is hit and miss. The car park the hotel suggests you use is tricky to find.

Room Tip: Aim for a higher level, for the views.

Hi Karmyst

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel.
I was pleased to read you had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our Italian restaurant Julio's.

For the benefit of our readers our street parking on the weekend is free from Friday 6pm to Monday 8am. Most of the time there are plenty of parking spots so apologies that you had problems finding a space during your stay. Alternatively there is always space at Wilsons parking just 200m from the hotel for $15.

We hope to see you back again soon.

Only been open 2 months, so everything is smicko! There are 2 free bikes to use. The hotel is a bit outa the cbd but there is a cat bus stop close by (free earth bus system). We got upgraded but not sure what the difference was. Get 2 free drinks in the attached restaurant.

This is a reasonably new hotel. Room was a good size with comfortable twin beds-good sized bathroom and shower. Clean & tidy with two lifts/elevators-I could not find an issue with the hotel itself. Parking is $15.00 a day but Saturday/Sunday is free if you park on the street. Food venues within walking distance are sparse at this end of town. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Room Tip: There were no noise issues for us being on the first floor overlooking a side street.
