Rooms are lovely spacious and so comfortable. So good that you can get out of the lift and straight into the mall, eating places and the casino.

We stayed here to celebrate a special occasion, we were so pleased by the excellent service that made our stay extra special! The room has great space and excellent view. Only comment is, I hope they provide toothpaste/toothbrush as what would you expect in a high rating hotel. Not a big issue though!

We stayed here for one night celebrating Father's Day using our membership. Very convenient location, close to everything. Our kids love the pool and we had the great time. Beds are comfortable and we had a free parking being a member. We will definitely staying here again.

Terrible stay arrived with family and baby at 11pm room not ready. Terrible view was facing a car park. Ordered food in room and got no cutlery and got cutlery 1/2 hour later food cold. Furthermore ordered food in the breakfast area and they got my order wrong yet again and worse of all no cot offered for my 3 month old baby when I heard other people got offered cots proactively, so not happy never staying there again.

Room was great, the check-in process was a breeze. The only problem was there were no dental kits in the bathroom. I would expect a little more for a 5 star hotel. When I called the front desk to request for 2. They sent up only 1. When I called and notified them of their mistake they didn’t bother acknowledging it.

I have previous experience staying in Crown prom @ Perth, thus I might set a higher standard for Crown Metropol @ Melbourne. Was totally disappointed with the check in, valet, I would say the total experience for 4D3N.
Staffs and valet, not friendly, not approachable, not customer oriented. There was one day I brought my toddler out for toys shopping, came back to the valet where it was windy and I had trouble bringing out my kid and carrying the loots...my things were everywhere. Guess what, the valet staffs outside were happily chatting away until I had to walk over and asked for some help.
Check in staff wasn't helpful neither friendly when we asked her about the solutions on parking as it was the first time there.
I can't say they are rude but neither they are polite.
I wouldn't recommend Crown Melbourne but Crown Perth was worth paying for!
