Visiting Hobart on family matters this was a perfect place to stay. The rooms were clean and well appointed although the outlook from our window was not to be raved about. Our room was on the road side yet very quite. What was exceptional though were the staff - always welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.
We ate breakfast and dinner here and the food was always fresh and flavoursome. The only down side is if you wanted to go elsewhere for dinner you needed a car to get to them.
There was plenty of onsite parking so despite being nearly full when we were visiting we had no problem no matter what time we returned to the hotel. If you stay here a car really is a must as it is somewhat out of Hobart (approx. 9km).More
