Steeped in history that Karen and Roger can tell you all about the heritage B and B that is surrounded by a fruit tree garden. Beautiful tasty home made jams, sourdough bread and fresh juices. Superb. Close to everything in town. Great Hobart accommodation if you want to be part of the Convict History.

We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. It was a pleasure to meet and talk with you about the history of the house and garden.

Summer is beautiful in Hobart and our garden is now providing a lovely range of fruit for our guests. This weekend I will be bottling Green Gage Plums and Nectarines.

Good place near to Nth Hobart where the cafes and restaurants were good and good walk into the city
Although I think the shuttle airport bus should stop on the road outside --I had a good walk in the early hours of the morning but this is the bus service not the Bendalls problem so maybe the bus company should look into that !

Our proximity to over 35 restaurants, bars and cafes in North Hobart is great for our guests. A bottle shop and superb delicatessen/supermarket is 5" walk from us and it also has delicious home made meals which can be warmed up in the microwave adjacent to rooms. I will pass your message on to the Airporter bus company.

Lovely house with a beautiful garden and very nice owners. Delicous jams and marmelades! Little bit out of town, but restaurants near by and the bus towards the city stops just across the street.
Good informations provided by Karen.

We were pleased with the location and friendliness of staff. Very helpful in advice on shops. Food was good and included home made jams and fruit which we enjoyed very much.
Good value for money. Location was good as it is close to city and other tourist attractions.
Lovely outlook and view from balcony at back of accommodation.

$125 p/n cheap by Hobart standards. Restored sandstone home with two b&b rooms on the ground floor. Interesting history and garden. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, very helpful hosts. Shared bathroom, toilet and small kitchenette facilities not too our liking but would be OK if shared with family or friends. Breakfast so-so compared to other b&b's and rooms would be better if they contained a mini fridge. 10-15 minutes drive to Hobart and 15 minutes walk to North Hobarts restaurant district.
