Stayed 11 nights Sept-Oct 2016 in a 3 share family room with my wife and teenage daughter.
Room had everything we needed and both looked and "felt" clean.General decor is a bit dated but the bathroom was quite up to date and suitably appointed.
Easy walking distance to a couple of pubs and the restaurant strip on Elizabeth street.
Our double bed was quite comfortable - firm, as we like it, with similarly firm pillows (hate feather pillows), however our daughter could feel the bed springs through her single bed mattress cover, addressed by laying down a couple of spare blankets from the cupboard.
Only concerns of note were the wireless internet was a bit hit and miss, and on a number of days we only got 2 towels instead of 3 (but in fairness I was there by myself for the first half the stay so probably confused the cleaners a bit).
Have to thank the management for giving me a family room for the full stay at no extra cost when I had booked the first half of the stay in a cheaper room.More
