The room puzzles were good and appropriate for kids; the kids had fun.
Unfortunately the experience was tainted by the particularly rude attitude of the female staff member on reception.
I was also concerned that there seemed to be limited Covid-safe measures in place. Sign in but that was it. No hand sanisitiser was available and no indication that rooms were cleaned prior/after each group. Given this is a tourist activity with lots of interstate visitors this seems a little unnecessarily risky.
I would definitely not recommend booking if you want to go, just turn up.

As for our COVID-safe measures, we always have a hand sanitiser available at the front counter and disinfect the rooms and foyer after each team, more details can be read on our website: https://fusionescape.com.au/covid-19

This was definitely a highlight of our trip- our youngest is 6 and even she had a great time! The scarecrow room was the perfect level of difficulty for kids, we had a fabulous time working together as a family and escaping the room! Can’t recommend enough!
