The Hyatt is very conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and an easy walk to the City Cat (water taxi service.) The hotel rooms were comfortable and rather spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Brisbane.

It’s a fantastic hotel in a great location, right in the heart of Brisbane CBD, and a short walk over the bridge to South Bank. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean and the staff are great. I always stay there when in Brisbane for work, highly recommended

All of the staff were fantastic and met all of our needs. Room service breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Brisbane City and the river. A wonderful place to stay on our wedding night.

Friendly, polite, helpful staff. The location is perfect, straight out onto the Queen Street Mall to public transport, shopping, food and entertainment. The restaurant food and breakfast were as expected great value. Highly recommend this to be high on the list of affordable accommodation in Brisbane.

Great service letting me check in early and giving a room upgrade. Had a great view. Room very clean, spacious and modern. Room service menu is really good. Staff friendly and helpful. Very central location with shops, restaurant and new Star casino within walking distance. Highly recommend.
