Great location, beautiful service with a few extra personal touches which made our stay wonderful. The buffet breakfast is good, but the omelette chef (EUNA) is THE BEST! I have had omelettes from all over the world, Euna you do them the best!!
Overall a decent stay. Prime Location, good bedding and nice amenities. Front desk and night shift duty manager needs more training, at least familiar with Hyatt T&C. Once of life-time that deny my request to add my friend to the booking after I checked in. “You need make sure if you gonna have a friend stay with you when you make the booking” Speechless.
Lovely hotel, very central. Staff are so helpful. Love our time away. Great to see the light show at the botanical gardens.
I strongly suggest if considering this establishment - research other options!
1. Access to checkin reception situated up a rubishbin littered lane way.
2. No assistance available with bags to 2nd floor reception or from reception to room.
3 . WARNING! Foxtel not available in rooms
4. Small bottled water is available in room @$5. - No complimentary provided.
5. TV reception in room repeatedly ceased up ( I was informed due to wall mounting causing overheating)
Lovely professional hotel right in the city, would stay again. We felt very spoilt with a room that had a small lounge, gorgeous modern bathroom, big TV and of course free Wi Fi.
