We came in for a wine tasting and enjoyed every moment! The stories behind each wine made the experience even more intimate. We included a cheese platter which includes locale cheese which were heavenly! Highly recommend this place and cannot wait to come back here again!

This is a must visit if you're in the area! The views are stunning and the owners make the tour so special with lots of history about the area. We ended up staying a few hours after the tour to just enjoy the beautiful wines. Couldn't recommend it more.

6 of us went for a wine tasting and it was amazing. Personal service and we learnt not only about the wines but also about local history and stories behind their different logos on the wine, cider and beer bottles. We tasted 6 wines, 1 beer and 1 cider and all of them were great! Tasting only costs $12 per person and is so worth it, I haven’t had this type of tasting before where I learnt so much. Property is beautiful with many good photo opportunities. Highly recommend to visit, all 6 of us were very impressed!

Definitely a bright spot on a miserable day! My friend and I were seated in the outside covered area that was being warmed by an industrial-sized heater and with views over the beautiful countryside. We were given the wine tasting menu followed by a generous antipasto plate that can be ordered for a very reasonable cost.

Each of Borambola’s labels has a back-story which is told with delightful enthusiasm by Tim and accompanied by a wander-through by Spot, the winery’s sweet dog. As well as the wines on offer there is an exceptionally crisp cider that actually tastes of apples and a craft beer. (And my favourite, the Sparkling Brut.)

Before heading out, you can take yourself off to the gardens for more views but also to see the incredible Bunya Pines which come from a family of flora that existed in the Jurassic period. So all I can say is that if you’re around the Wagga area and in the mood for a little wine-tasting, Borambola is a great choice. (And you can also buy some local preserves and relishes.)

Just be aware that due to COVID there is no walk-in cellar door. Tastings are done at a table and must be booked.
