Description: Bombay Brasserie is located within Coffs Harbour's beachside precinct Park Beach. Originally opening as "Macauleys Restaurant" in the beginning of 2008, with Mr John Chittick & his daughter Renee, this family owned and operated restaurant did take Coffs Harbour to new heights with its contemporary menu and relaxed, but elegant, ambience. Now a New Chapter is starting again, in August 2016, with new owners Joti & Joyce Singh. With a completely new All Indian menu of both North & South Indian cuisine. With the new owners the restaurant decor has had a mini makeover with a slight subtropical Indian atmosphere . The candle lighting indoors creates an elegant dining experience, whilst the rustic courtyard at both the front & rear of the restaurant creates an intimate alfresco setting, perfect for that special night out in the warmer months. Family functions can also be catered for.

Really nice and yummy Indian food and the service was great. If you go as a group and someone doesn't like Indian food, they can provide alternatives. Very friendly service and my husband and I wished we lived in the Coffs Harbour area, so we could eat at this restaurant regularly.

We were keen for some spicy food and thought we would try this place. It was a pleasant surprise and within walking distance of numerous motels. The menu was extensive and well priced and the drinks menu was pretty reasonable for wine by the glass. We opted for a medium butter chicken and lamb rogan josh with rice, a garlic nan and a tomato sambal. All were delicious. There is an open kitchen so visitors get to be part of the action. The Indian menu has 14 chicken dishes, 11 lamb dishes, 11 beef dishes, 7 seafood dishes, 13 vegetarian curries and 8 rice dishes - pretty impressive! The waitress was attentive and good at her job. We didn't go for the western menu which covers meals like lamb cutlets, grilled eye fillet, surf and turf, lemon pepper barra and a kid's menu. If you are in Coffs, try this one out.

This is one of the nicest Indian restaurants we've visited in NSW (and there've been a few). Lovely decor and great acoustics so a full restaurant was just a hum in the background. Exceptionally good service. The food was delicious but could have been spicier - probably catering to the majority. Regardless, a lovely surprise to find this place. Thanks to the hosts at the Coastal Bay Hotel for the recommendation.

We all ate Indian but is restaurant also offers western style meals. The Indian we ate was delicious and would be my go to restaurant if I lived in Coffs. Tasty dishes, huge range to select from and very fresh food.

My second visit to this establishment during business stays in the area. The second visit was as pleasant an experiencen as the first. Great menu, decent sized meals and a reasonable price. All the reasons to look forward to more visits to the Bombay Brasserie when next in Coffs.
