If you want to look out around Canberra, should go. When it has a fireworks, many people watching it here.

As someone who doesn't frequent the gym, I found this to be a moderately challenging hike, however very do-able and even if you need to stop along the way, the views are spectacular. If you'd like to cheat you can drive up to the peak and experience the stunning views. The views are breathtaking and definitely worth visiting.

We drove up to the lookout to take some photos of Canberra and watch the sunset. Perfectly positioned to look over the War Museum across the vista to Parliament House. Many people had done the bush walk to the top. Signs inform you about the planning of this well planned city. Lots of birdlife including colourful crimson rosellas. The wallabies emerged as the sun set. A must see lookout.
