“Wonderful Place to Stay ”
Reviewed 17 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

This is a fantastic place to stay in wonderful part of the Country. Jayne and Martin are superb, very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you.
We were greeted on arrival, (actually got a little lost and Martin came to find us) and we're also left a lovely welcome pack including wine, local cider, chocolates, flowers, milk, all the necessities.
The holiday home was decorated and furnished to a high standard. There's lots of space and it is very tranquil. The gardens are also lovely and provide ample space to relax.
Jayne & Martin provided breakfast one morning and this consisted of fresh croissants, bread, fresh fruit picked from their garden, yoghurts and home made jam.
They were very helpful with information on the local area and gave us advice on where to visit.
It is a fantastic place to stay which I would highly recommend, made even more special by Jayne and Martins lovely hospitality.

“Perfect place in the middle of Brittany”
Reviewed 7 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

This is one of the nicest gites we have stayed in. Jayne and Martin were lovely hosts who provided everything you need. It is perfectly placed for visiting most of the beautiful towns and villages in the area. The nearest larger town for most of your shopping is Ploermel which has everything you could need as well as being a lovely town to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

“Relaxing, scenic and fun!”
Reviewed 18 June 2015 for a stay in May 2015

I recently stayed in the Manor house with my partner and his family and had a fantastic time here.

For a start, I should mention that, due to the size of our group (6 individuals and an infant), I was concerned about space. However, the manor was more than accommodating, with ample space and, when required, privacy.

Not only is the manor tastefully decorated and adequately equipped for a self-catering break, the area is beautiful and relaxing. While staying, I opted to take one of the glass-making workshops. This was very enjoyable and I managed to make some beautiful glass-wear – items that I now use at home! Also, I had a horse-riding session, given by a local instructor. Having never done this before, it was daunting but extremely fun! For both of the above activities, the instructors were great and I would thoroughly recommend them!

Overall, if you want a relaxing break, beautiful location and a real taste of rural Brittany, you should definitely consider this facility

“Relaxed, rustic and beautiful.”

I recently spent a week here with a large group (family and partner) and cannot express enough how much I enjoyed my stay. Below is a summary of the property and hosts:

- Peaceful, rural location;
- <5 minute drive to local village (Guilliers - shops/bars);
- <10 minute drive to an activity lake (Lac au duc - watersports, fishing)
- <20 minute drive to larger town (Ploermel - hypermarche, amenities, shops/bars);
- <1 hour drive from several places of interest (Vannes, Rennes, Josselin, Pontivy, Paimpont);
- Ample space for large groups;
- Beautifully furnished and equipped;
- Accommodating, attentive hosts;
- Glass-making classes available (A real must!)

Overall, this truly is a fantastic place to stay. Whether you're after a secluded getaway, activity-filled holiday or a mixture of the two, the Manor will not disappoint.

Liked best: The combination of the property and location - it's everything a Breton getaway should be.
Liked least: The owner has a dog - I'm partially phobic. That being said, the dog has a lovely temperament and the owners were more than willing to accommodate my phobia.

“A wonderfully, relaxing time spent in and around the charming manor of Leucadeuc”
Reviewed 13 October 2014 for a stay in August 2014

We (myself, my partner, teenage daughter and dog) were delighted with our choice of accommodation. The manor proved to be spacious, comfortable and very sympathetically refurbished- juxtaposing historical charm with modern design. All mod cons are to be found in the kitchen as well as wifi to keep daughter happy, plus great selection of dvds. We also made use of the available bikes and skates and made our way along the serene Vois de Vert- a purpose made track for cyclists etc.
Leucadeuc is well situated for visiting north and south Brittany. We particularly enjoyed Rochefort en terre, a lovely hillside town and the photo exhibition at Gacilly to the south. Dinan and Dinard drew us north whilst Josselin's beautiful Chateau is just a few miles away.
There are plenty of markets and fetes too.
Whilst there are many attractions we had just as much fun at the manor where we enjoyed trampolining and table tennis in Jayne and Martin's well, loved garden. It was especially good for us to see our dog enjoy this space and make best friends with Felix (resident dog).
There are many highlights but probably my favourites are breakfast - fresh, healthy and delicious and our warm glass work shop taken in Jaynes studio- a memorable family experience with likeable results to take home.
The generous hospitality and enthusiastic suggestions from Jayne and Martin ensured that everyone enjoyed their holiday. We really hope that we will return someday. Oh and I forgot to say that the meal we ate at the Manor was one of the best vegetarian meals of the summer!
