We were a family of 4 having an evening meal, we arrived at 6:30 but told food wasn't served until 7 - so we had a drink and waited, tried to order at 7 but told food would be served at 7:30 due to the lack of choice of eating places in the area we stayed put. The kids were starving and not very patient - We had seafood salad, steak and 2 x chicken nuggets which was all OK but not exceptional - think the steak was a bit overcooked.

Staff were incredibly rude with my 97 year old grand parents. Food took 1h from when we orderred because apparently it takes a long time to cook a burger (the meat was medium rare and about 3cm thick, it would have taken no more than 5 mins to cook).
Burger was 18€ and taste like sh¡t.
Moulles frites were 13€ and were average.
Chips were terrible, could only eat a couple.
Staff mainly stood around talking to each other, not taking orders or serving. They didn't work on a first come first serve basis.

Good choice of mid-priced brasserie-type meals. Excellent location right on beach, with ample parking outside. Staff particularly friendly and relaxed. Wine excellent.

We had an evening meal here on the terrace. Food was ok but not brilliant and they got muddled with a lot of our order, bringing an adult main course for our 4 year old daughter and an extra bowl of moules that we didn't order.

It was acceptable but we weren't blown away and it was rather expensive for what it was.

Our family of 10 had been here several times for both lunches & drinks during the week, and the staff, service & food were all good. Went in on morning of Friday 2 June to reserve dinner for 10 people. Was recognised as a 'regular', and booked an outside table for 7.00pm. During heavy rain in afternoon, I called in to amend the table for one inside. Was informed that the booking was for 7.30 as the kitchen would not be open. Why write 7.00 in their reservations book, then tell me it is 7.30 just on the off chance I called in?
When the order was taken at 7.45, we were asked if they should serve the 3 children's meals at the same time as the adults starters, which we agreed to. By 8.30, no food served. Had to request bread, which, in France is normally automatically put on the table .Adults served starters at 8.45. Repeated requests for the children's food was constantly met with '5 minutes'. Very bored, hungry children eventually served at 9.05. Over 90 minutes after sitting down. Asked for more bread, and given 3 small slices for 10 people. My 250g rare entrecote was far less than 250g and bordering on well done. One of us ordered Marmite (regional fish stew) and was given the fish of the moment. None of this could have been due to a language barrier. After several complaints, 2 bottles of white wine were deducted from the bill which would have cost them about 4 euros a bottle. Very annoying to see several other tables arrive after us, their food served before ours and leave well before us. Apparently, there was no manager that night so my complaints were not heeded, apart from the wine deduction. We had a lot more drinks than those 2 bottles.
Such a pity, as previous visits had been fine, but this ruined a final night family meal.
