I had friends stay for two weeks at this hotel.
From the time they arrived until the day they left (24/6/2018) there were problems.
From electricity going off due to a faulty outdoor light, poor wifi, no water, no pool towels, no room to sit or swim at the pool due to non guests coming in and taking over the oool and surrounding chairs and lounges. These non guests had blow up inflatable beds and huge flamingo type blow up toys in the pool with no regard to others.
The pool is closed and roped off at 7pm with guests being unable to have a swim.
The unit was self contained yet had no kettle, toaster or cooking utensils.

The receptionist told the guest not to use the bath towel as a pool towel yet when asked why there are no pool towels provided for guests the receptionist said they were getting around to acquiring towels and that they had only been open 8 years.

To top off the already dismal service, the guests had asked reception to order them a taxi to the airport for 5.15am. The taxi did not arrive the guest had to run to a nearby friend who was able to drive them to the airport just in time to catch their plane.
The friend saw the taxi at the hotel on her way back home and he said he had been ordered for 5.50am.
This was also confirmed by the receptionist.

Although the hotel is clean and in a great location it is very unprofessional.

Lovely apartment. Lovely location. Reception good.
Ends there!
So many rules regarding the pool.
Day trippers allowed in during pool hours so very very rare a actual customer staying at the premises can get a decent sunbed. No pool towels for staying guests. We like to do laps but u able to due to pool being roped off from 7pm and before that you are lucky to get in pool due to outsiders and their floaties.
Really!!!!!!
We are normally very tolerant travellers but this has seriously tested us.
Would i recommend this hotel?
I would like to because it is clean etc but the pool conditions are terrible.

Found this hotel by chance, absolutely brilliant receptionist. She was so helpful and knowleable. We normally like quaint rustic hotels but was nice to have luxury for a change. Large rooms and even a complimentary bottle of wine.

Room Tip: Our room was near the pool, very comfortable and spacious.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised at the level of accommodation and facilities on offer. The rooms were very spacious and contemporary, and very clean, with a kitchen and even a computer. Breakfast was included and had a good selection. The pool area was excellent as well. Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. They organized car hire which was way cheaper than what was offered at the airport and the car was delivered to our door. There is an underground car park on site. I would recommend a car as this hotel is not within walking distance to anything except great beaches. The only issue we had was with plumbing. The water in the bathroom took a long time to drain, both in the sink and shower/bath. Wifi was free but very weak in some areas. One other thing, which I have never come across before, was that the top sheet on the bed was folded on top so you had to make the bed up each night. Very strange!

We arrived here unexpectedly as our first apartment next door at Kyveli was awful!!! Kristinia helped us for 5 nights and the rooms and communal areas were amazing. The room was really modern and comfortable, plenty of storage. Maid service daily. Pool opens at 11am and is a great size and expertly cleaned. Ordered deliveries from Pita Mesa a couple of times which was handy. Underground car parking. Never expected such a high standard for such a reasonable rate.
